Welcome Our New Affiliate:

New London, PAOn Sunday, September 21, 2014, I was privileged to be present for the kick-off for our newest Fellowship Riders affiliate, Keystone Cruisers for Christ whose home church is New London Baptist Church in West Grove, PA.

In the time since, Pastor Mark Sawyer and his riders have participated in several community events in addition to organizing their first Angel Tree for Prisoner’s Children, one of the hallmark ministries of Fellowship Riders.

New London, PAPlease welcome this new affiliate to the Fellowship Riders family and strengthen them with prayer as they seek to follow the Lord’s call to serve Him through a motorcycle ministry.

Our newest Fellowship Riders affiliate, West Park Church of Christ in Virginia Beach, VA, used a popular 5K community event called “Spring to Life” that attracts hundreds of participants and families; many of them unchurched; to promote interest in dozens of outreach ministries  – among them their motorcycle ministry.

Steve Wiley, the leader of their Fellowship Riders ministry, is the organizer for this event and provided the picture of their tent and highlighted his H-D Road King with the Fellowship Riders flag, just in case anyone was wondering what he rides.

His reply was,” I don’t think I would get that far.”
I also asked him,” Would you like to know the truth?” and then, I explained this scenario; Continue reading

I started this ministry with an open mind and an open heart to let God direct every move in this ministry. I received my start up kit and 2 weeks later, we had our first ride. I only had talked to two other people and only one was actually interested at that time, so my plan was to have a ride with myself and one other person. I felt that if God wanted more people to be there, He would make that happen! Continue reading
